Job Description
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, discounts, and payment terms, to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities, using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales efforts and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the customer base.
Job Requirements
- Must have 2 years of experience in (Battery, Lube, Mobil, or Tyre) industry.
- Bachelor Running or Completed
- Must have two-wheeler and license
- Must have knowledge about Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
